I’m Suma.
As a Product Designer, I worked with 3 startups and 1 design agency so far. I worked on projects big and small, for clients established and just starting, across multiple industries – Education, Finance, and Landscaping in over 2+ years. An absolute roller-coaster ride of fast-tracked, intense learning.
Prior to Product Design, I worked as an Educator, Public Policy Researcher, and freelance Content Writer for about 7 years.
This wide exposure led me to wear many hats – Graphic Designer, Content Strategist, UX Researcher, Product Designer, Copywriter, Scrum Master, and so on and so forth.
What matters beyond titles, hats, and roles is that I believe in
- sweating all the small details of getting the design right
– aligning the team towards a shared purpose and common goals
– and keep learning to improve my process and craft
This, as I have seen time and again, delivers solutions that make a difference, making people’s lives better.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, photography, cooking, writing web novels, and more. I also geek out a lot about personal knowledge management.
